ORDERS

Where is my order?

If your order has already shipped, you can track it with the tracking number here. You can find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.


If your order is still being processed, you will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation once it has dispatched.


We do not offer tracking for free items.

Where is my order confirmation?

The order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address after you place an order. If you haven’t received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at hello@northcarry.com just in case there’s a problem with your order.


Please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Can I edit my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, or you haven't received a shipping notification, you can request changes such as the size, color, and quantity. Just contact us at hello@northcarry.com and include your order number.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to make changes.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, simply email us at hello@northcarry.com with your order number. Please note, as long as your order has not shipped, or you have not received a shipping notification, your order can be canceled.

Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically dispatch within 1 business day and arrive within 2 to 5 days if you're located in the USA. We use DHL for regular shipping.

If you choose the Next-Day Delivery option at checkout, your order will arrive on the next business day via UPS.

When will my order ship?

Usually, your order will ship within 1 business day. If you've selected Next-Day Delivery, your order will typically ship the same (business) day. If it dispatches the next day, rest assured it will still arrive on time, as promised.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we only ship within the USA. We are actively working on expanding into Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, so stay tuned!

Can I edit the shipping / billing address?

Yes, you can change the shipping address as long as your order has not shipped. If you need to do so, please contact us immediately and provide your new address.

Due to security reasons, billing addresses are final upon purchase and cannot be edited.

RETURNS

How do I return my order?

We're sorry to hear you wish to return your order. Here's how you do it:

1. Contact us at hello@northcarry.com within 45 days of your purchase. We'll assist you with the return process.

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item, please ensure it's within 45 days of your purchase and that the product is in flawless condition. Reach out to our support team at hello@northcarry.com with the specifics of your request.

Please note that customers are responsible for postage fees for exchanges. However, if you've received an incorrect product, let us know and provide a photo. In this case, we'll cover the postage.

Where is my refund?

Refunds usually take up to 7 business days to be credited to your bank account, depending on the selected payment method. If you have not received your refund within the specified time frame, please contact out customer support as soon as possible. We will gladly take care of the issue.
